DOJ to probe attack on broadcaster in Sultan Kudarat
(Eagle News)–The Department of Justice will probe the shooting of a broadcaster in Sultan Kudarat earlier this week. Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said the agency would “take on (the) case” of Benjie Abdul Caballero, who is in critical condition after he was shot by two men on board a motorcycle in Tacurong. (Eagle News)–A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck Cotabato early Friday, Nov. 1, after a 6.5-magnitude earthquake struck the province. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 13 kilometers southwest of Makilala at 1:35 a.m. Depth of focus was 14 kilometers.
