Rainfall advisory hoisted over parts of N. Luzon

(Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over parts of Northern Luzon due to the easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rains are affecting portions of Isabela, particularly Palanan and Ilagan; Mt.Province, particularly Paracelis; Kalinga specifically in Tanudan; and in Apayao, in Conner and Kabugao.

PAGASA said these may persist within one to two hours.

Meanwhile, light to moderate rains are affecting portions of Jones, San Agustin, San Mariano, San Guillermo, Quezon in Isabela and in Nagtipunan in Quirino.

“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards,” PAGASA said.
