(Eagle News) — In these photos taken by Eagle News Service correspondent Angelo Frando in Davao City, the Ecoland 4000 apartment buildings are seen heavily damaged, with huge cracks, after Thursday morning’s (Oct. 31, 2019) 6.5 magnitude quake to that hit Mindanao anew.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) said that this tremor was not an aftershock of the magnitude 6.6 quate that hit Tulunan, Cotabato two days ago, on Oct. 29, 2019, but was an altogether separate quake.
