(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte conducted an aerial inspection of Catanduanes and Albay in the Bicol region which were severely hit by super typhoon Rolly (Goni) on Monday, Nov. 2, a day after the typhoon pummeled Bicol and other parts of Luzon.
