(Eagle News) — In these photos by EBC Eagle News Service correspondent Rebert Soriao, concrete electric posts can be seen toppled by Super Typhoon Rolly’s intense winds on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020.

Albay was under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 5 when it was hit by “Rolly” early Sunday with maximum sustained winds of over 225 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 310 kph.
