CA confirms Avisado’s ad interim appointment as Budget chief
(Eagle News) — The Commission on Appointments has confirmed the ad interim appointment of Wendel Avisado as Budget secretary. The CA plenary made the confirmation after the CA committee on budget and management made the recommendation for the same. Avisado was designated to the post by President Rodrigo Duterte last year. He served as Davao administrator at a time President Duterte was mayor of the city.

CA panel recommends confirmation of Avisado as Budget secretary
(Eagle News) — A Commission on Appointments panel has recommended for confirmation the ad interim appointment of Wendel Avisado as Budget secretary. The recommendation was done by the CA’s committee on budget and management in a hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 26. The recommendation will be submitted to the plenary for approval. Avisado was designated to the post by President Rodrigo Duterte last year.
