In Quezon City – Mabuhay, Meralco said outage time was at 4:12 a.m. The company said the outage, which was caused by emergency line trouble, would last for two hours. (Eagle News)–Alarm Level 1 has been hoisted over Marikina River. The Marikina City Rescue 161 said water levels have reached 15 meters as of 7:07 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15.
