The survey, conducted from September 27 to 30, found 42% of families, or an estimated 10.3 million families, consider themselves as such, a decline from the 45%, or the estimated 11 million families that rated themselves as such in June. Duterte left for the country on Monday, Oct. 21, to attend the enthronement ceremony of Emperor Naruhito. This is expected to take place today, Tuesday, Oct. 22. 3.8-magnitude quake hits Cotabato

(Eagle News)–A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck Cotabato on Monday, Oct. 21. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, an aftershock of the 6.3-magnitude earthquake that hit the province on Oct. 16, hit 10 kilometers southeast of Tulunan at 6:21 a.m. Depth of focus  was 38 kilometers.
