Parts of the country, including M. Manila, to have cloudy skies, isolated rainshowers

(Eagle News)–Parts of the country, including Metro Manila, will have cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers today, Tuesday, Oct. 22.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the partly  cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers are expected due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides during  severe thunderstorms are possible.

Extreme Northern Luzon, PAGASA said, will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough waters.

The rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, the weather bureau said, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
