Duterte left for the country on Monday, Oct. 21, to attend the enthronement ceremony of Emperor Naruhito.
This is expected to take place today, Tuesday, Oct. 22.
Duterte has assigned Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea as the government’s office-in-charge during his trip that is expected to end on Oct. 24.
