Easterlies affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao (Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a low pressure area off Davao City. (Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Pangasinan. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lighting and strong winds are being experienced over Sual, Labrador, Mabini and Alaminos City.
