(Eagle News)–Trips of vessels and motorbancas from Caticlan Jetty Port to three areas have been cancelled. (Eagle News)–The number-coding scheme is suspended effective noon today, December 3. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority made the announcement in a social media post. The suspension came as rains due to Typhoon “Tisoy” battered Metro Manila, which had been placed under Signal No. 2. (Eagle News)–“Tisoy” has made landfall in Marinduque and is now heading towards the Batangas-northern Oriental Mindoro area.
