(Eagle News) — In this video taken by Eagle News Service correspondent Roxas Chona in barangay Pagkakaisa in Mindoro Oriental, the powerful winds and strong rains of Typhoon Kammuri (TisoyPH) can be seen whipping everything in sight.
The video was taken 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019 after the eye of the typhoon passed through the Bicol region and is barreling through Southern Tagalog provinces.
Mindoro Oriental is among the 12 provinces placed under tropical cyclone wind signal number 3 by PAGASA as of 8 a.m., Tuesday.
