(Eagle News)–Work in government offices and classes in public and private schools in Metro Manila are suspended effective noon today due to “Tisoy.”
The Palace made the announcement in memorandum circular number 73 signed by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea.
Medialdea said the class suspensions apply to all levels.
Those who are involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster response and in the performance of other vital services shall, however, continue with their operations.
Work in private companies is left to the discretion of their respective management, Medialdea said. With a report from Vic Somintac
