According to PAGASA, the severe tropical storm is also expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility between tonight and tomorrow morning. Sorsogon placed under state of calamity

https://youtu.be/YLWAGt_yvwE (Eagle News) — Sorsogon has been placed under a state of calamity because of the damage to agriculture and infrastructure brought about by typhoon Kammuri (TisoyPH). Sorsogon governor Chiz Escudero, however, noted that there were no casualties reported in the province after the typhoon’s onslaught. But the initial damage reported already reached P667,331,900 due to agriculture and fisheries losses. The cost of damage to infrastructure is still being completed.

Death toll due to “Tisoy” pegged at 13 so far
