He said the program will start at 4 p.m. In previous instances, Duterte led a wreath-laying ceremony in Luneta in commemoration of Rizal.
(Eagle News)–The Light Rail Transit 2 announced free rides to commuters on selected hours on Sunday, Dec. 30. The LRT2 management said the free rides can be availed of from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. It said this was in commemoration of Rizal Day. Earlier, the Metro Rail Transit 3 also announced it was giving free rides to commuters during selected hours on the same day.
