Commuters to get free MRT-3 rides on Rizal Day

(Eagle News)—Commuters can expect free Metro Rail Transit 3 rides on Sunday, Dec. 30. In a Twitter post, the MRT-3 management said the free rides from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on that day were to  mark the 122nd death anniversary of national hero Dr. Jose Rizal, or Rizal Day.
