(Eagle News)– Cloudy skies will prevail in the country today as the southwest monsoon affects extreme northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening. Angat dam water further dips below critical level, but La Mesa dam water goes up due to rains

  (Eagle News) – Angat dam’s water level continued to go down below the 160-meter critical level with the level recorded at 158.75 meters as of Monday morning, July 15, according to PAGASA’s dam monitoring. The dam water level decreased by 40 centimeters compared to Sunday morning’s level at 159.15.
