  (Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Bulacan and other areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate  to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over  Rizal and Quezon within the next two hours. “All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides,” PAGASA said.

(Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration continues to monitor Typhoon “Bualoi,” which was spotted off extreme Northern Luzon but is still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. Rotational water service interruptions start tonight as dams’ water level continues decline

  (Eagle News) — Starting Thursday night, October 24, both the Manila Water Company and the Maynilad Water Services Inc., will once again implement rotational water service interruptions because of decreasing water levels at the Angat and Ipo dams. Maynilad noted the “scant rainfall” at the Angat and Ipo watersheds over the past few days.
