(Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over Southern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services said light to moderate to at times heavy rains are being experienced in Camarines Sur, Albay, Masbate, Catanduanes, Oriental Mindoro and Romblon.
