(Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over Northern Luzon. In its 9:35 advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy  rains are being experienced over Pangasinan, specifically in Bolinao, Anda, Mabini, Burgos, Dasol, Infanta and Labrador; in Abra, particularly in Tineg; in  Kabugao in Apayao; and in Nueva Era and Pinili in Ilocos Norte.
