(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies will prevail in many parts of the country on Sunday, March 24, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. In its advisory, PAGASA said Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands will experience cloudy skies with light rains caused by the northeast monsoon.
