Partly cloudy skies expected in many parts of PHL today

(Eagle News)—-Cloudy skies will prevail in many parts in the country on Saturday, March 23, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

According to PAGASA, Bicol Region, Samar Provinces, Caraga, and Davao Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers but this time due to the frontal system.

Place: Metro Manila, Central Luzon and rest of Northern Luzon will have partly skies because of the ridge of high pressure affecting Northern Luzon,  on the other hand.

The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies, PAGASA said.

Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon and of Visayas
will have moderate to occasionally strong winds and waters.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters, PAGASA said.
