(Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over Northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rains are so far being experienced over Pangasinan, particularly in San Nicolas, Natividad, San Quintin, Umingan, Malasiqui, Villasis, Urdaneta, San Fabian and Mabini.
