QUEZON City, Philippines — After the proclamation of the President and Vice-President, the ballot boxes containing the Certificate of Canvass and the Election Returns were returned from the Congress to the Commission on Elections. The security of the Congress re-examined each boxes before being returned to the COMELEC where it will be archived.
