(Eagle News) — The Commission on Appointments has confirmed the ad interim appointment of Wendel Avisado as Budget secretary. The CA plenary made the confirmation after the CA committee on budget and management made the recommendation for the same. Avisado was designated to the post by President Rodrigo Duterte last year.
