Bulacan province confirms 58 COVID-19 cases
(Eagle News)–The number of coronavirus disease 2019 cases in Bulacan has reached 58. The provincial health office said this was after another COVID-19 case was reported on Wednesday. The total number of deaths has reached 14 after a 51-year-old male from Malolos passed away. The Philippines has so far recorded over 4000 COVID-19 cases. President Rodrigo Duterte has extended the enhanced community quarantine to April 30.

UPDATED: Three killed in helicopter crash in Malolos, Bulacan
(Eagle News) — Three people were killed after a private chopper crashed in a fishpond in Malolos, Bulacan on Thursday, April 25. Authorities said Liberato Laus, chair of the Laus Group of companies, was killed after the helicopter, with body number RPC8098, crashed in Barangay Anilao at 12:50 p.m. His bodyguard and the pilot were also killed. An investigation into the cause of the incident is still ongoing.
