The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, an aftershock of the 6.3-magnitude one that hit the province on Oct. 16, struck 15 kilometers southeast of Tulunan at 1:50 a.m. Depth of focus was one kilometer. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
