5.1-magnitude quake strikes Davao Occidental: PHIVOLCS

(Eagle News)–A 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Sunday, April 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 352 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 4:23 a.m. Its depth was 14 kilometers. No damage to property was recorded but aftershocks were.

MIAA releases list of operational flights for Sunday, April 12

MIAA said the list was for Sunday, April 12: Flight schedules may be subject to changes anytime. DOH classifies COVID-19 cases as “probable, suspect, confirmed” cases; stricter, clearer standards set

Coronavirus cases are now classified as probable, suspect and confirmed cases, according to DOH Administrative Order 2020-0013 signed on April 9 by Health Secretary Francisco Duque III. Bulacan province confirms 58 COVID-19 cases
