3.1-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 2:34 a.m., had its epicenter 138 kilometers of Sarangani. It had a depth of 128 kilometers. MRT-3 to further reduce ops after 92 test positive for COVID-19
