Customs bureau: Vape cartridges with liquid marijuana seized in Pasay

4.1-magnitude quake hits Masbate

(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Masbate on Tuesday, Sept. 1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 12:22 p.m., had its epicenter 7 kilometers southeast of Cataingan. It had a depth of one kilometer.
