52 new COVID-19 cases reported among police personnel

DFA reports additional 49 COVID-19 recoveries among overseas Filipinos

(Eagle News)–The Department of Foreign Affairs has reported an additional 49 COVID-19 recoveries among overseas Filipinos, bringing the total to 6382. The DFA said the additional recoveries were from the Asia Pacific region, Europe, and the Middle East. MRT-3 deploys 19 train sets

4.3-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Thursday, Sept. 10. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 2:46 a.m., had its epicenter 269 kilometers southeast of Sarangani. It had a depth of seven kilometers, and was tectonic in origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
