(Eagle News)–A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur on Tuesday, Oct. 6. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 9:22 p.m., had its epicenter 71 kilometers northeast of Bayabas.
