(Eagle News) — A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Sarangani early Friday, December 11. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 2:40 a.m., had its epicenter 63 kilometers southwest of Kiamba.
