(Eagle News)—Typhoon “Ompong” is now in the vicinity of Baggao, Cagayan and is heading toward Apayao and Ilocos Norte, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. Orange rainfall warning hoisted over Batangas

(Eagle News) — An orange rainfall warning has been hoisted over Batangas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in an advisory that this means floods are a threat in low-lying areas. (Eagle News) — Labor Undersecretary Jacinto Paras on Friday, Sept. 14, sued Senator Antonio Trillanes IV for inciting to sedition. Paras filed the charges before the Pasay Prosecutors’ Office.
