(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Metro Manila  and other areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with possible lightning and strong winds are also expected over Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Bulacan within the next one to two hours. MMDA: No number-coding scheme on Oct. 31, Nov. 1 and 4

Rotational water service interruptions start tonight as dams’ water level continues decline

  (Eagle News) — Starting Thursday night, October 24, both the Manila Water Company and the Maynilad Water Services Inc., will once again implement rotational water service interruptions because of decreasing water levels at the Angat and Ipo dams.
