Some M. Manila roads to undergo repair, reblocking

(Eagle News)–Several roads are slated to undergo reblocking and repair starting Friday, Oct. 25.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said work on the following roads will start at midnight:

SOUTHBOUND:

  1.   Edsa National Shrine to West Ave. (1st lane from the sidewalk)
  2.   Mindanao Ave. fronting Caltex Gas and after Tandang Sora Ave. (2nd lane from sidewalk)
  3.   Edsa before Estrella (outer lane)
  4.   EdsaCamp Crame Gate to after Annapolis St. (beside MRT)
  5.   G. Araneta Landargun St. to Samar St.

EASTBOUND:

  1. General Luis St. Rebisco Road to SB Road
  2.   Elliptical Road after Maharlika St. (6th lane from the outer sidewalk)

WESTBOUND:

  1.   Quirino Highway Quezon City Prime Rose to Kingfisher (inner lane)

NORTHBOUND:

  1.   A. Bonifacio Ave. near Selecta Drive (2nd lane from the sidewalk)
  2.   Katipunan Ave./C-5  after CP Garcia St. in front of UP Town Center (truck lane)
  3.   Edsa after Aurora Blvd. to New York St. (3rd lane from the sidewalk)

Work on these roads will end on Monday at 5 a.m.

Motorists are advised to take alternate routes.
