(Eagle News)–A 6.6-magnitude earthquake struck Cotabato on Tuesday, Oct. 29,  the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. PHIVOLCS earlier said the quake that hit 26 kilometers northeast of Tulunan at 9:04 a.m. was a 6.3-magnitude one.
