4.2-magnitude earthquake strikes off Surigao del Sur

(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur on Wednesday, Feb. 7. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 75 kilometers northeast of Lingig at 8:09 a.m. The depth of focus was one kilometer. Headline inflation eases to 2.8 percent in January 2024
