PHL to temporarily ban travelers from Pakistan, three other countries starting May 7, DOH says

DFA reports 41 more COVID-19 cases among Filipinos abroad

(Eagle News) — Forty-one more COVID-19 cases have been reported among overseas Filipinos. According to Department of Foreign Affairs data, the additional COVID-19 cases pushed the COVID-19 cases among Filipinos abroad to 18457. DOH reports 5,683 additional COVID-19 cases; PHL total at 1,067,892

(Eagle News) — Philippine COVID-19 cases reached 1,067,892 on Tuesday, May 4, after the Department of Health reported 5683 additional cases. The DOH said of the total cases, 66060 were active. Customs bureau surpasses April collection target by P2 billion

(Eagle News) — The Bureau of Customs has surpassed its April collection target by P2 billion. In a statement, the bureau said the P51.277 billion collected for last month was P2.077 billion more than the P49.200 billion April 2021 collection target, representing a surplus of 4.2 percent. Over 400,000 Filipinos repatriated since February 2020: DFA
