Rains to persist as evacuation ordered in low-lying Metro areas

NDRRMC records two casualties due to southwest monsoon rain

MANILA, Philippines, July 9 (Eagle News) — The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) has recorded two casualties from enhanced southwest monsoon or Habagat rain since last weekend.
