MANILA, Philippines, July 9 (Eagle News) — The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) has recorded two casualties from enhanced southwest monsoon or Habagat rain since last weekend.
According to the NDRRMC said two fatalities include a 19 year-old man in Quezon City and a Korean driver in Cebu. (Eagle News Service)
