The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate rains are expected over Boliney, Bucloc, Daguioman and Malibcong in Abra due to a low pressure area. (Eagle News)–Signal No. 2 has been lifted in all areas as “Jenny,” now a tropical depression, crosses the mountains of N. Luzon and leaves the landmass.
