The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate rains are expected over Boliney, Bucloc, Daguioman and Malibcong in Abra due to a low pressure area.

PAGASA said these may persist within one to two hours.

Light to moderate rains are now being experienced over Camiguin; Fuga; Bangued, Bucay, Danglas, Dolores, Lagayan, Lagangilang, Lapaz, Licuan-Baay, Penarrubia, Sallapadan, SanJuan, Tayum and Tineg in Abra; and in Banna, Badoc, Batac, Curimao, Nueva Era and Pinili in Ilocos Norte, PAGASA said.

” Residents along mountain slopes are advised (against) possible landslides and flashfloods,” the weather bureau added.
