(Eagle News)–An orange rainfall warning has been hoisted over a portion of Cagayan. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said flooding is threatening in flood-prone areas in Santa Ana in particular. A yellow warning level, on the other hand, is hoisted over Abulug, Ballesteros, Pamplona and Sanchez Mira.
