Duterte to hold bilateral talks with Singaporean leader next week

(Eagle News)–President Rodrigo Duterte is slated to hold talks with Singapore’s first female leader next week. The Department of Foreign Affairs said the bilateral meeting with President Halimah Yacob was scheduled on Sept. 9.
