(Eagle News)–President Rodrigo Duterte is slated to hold talks with Singapore’s first female leader next week.
The Department of Foreign Affairs said the bilateral meeting with President Halimah Yacob was scheduled on Sept. 9.
This is the second day of Halimah’s five-day visit to the country, which was upon President Duterte’s invitation.
Halimah assumed the presidency of Singapore in 2017.
