PAGASA: Tropical depression may enter PAR on Thursday, Oct. 13

To be named “Neneng” if it enters PAR, PAGASA says (Eagle News) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring  two tropical depressions outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
