(Eagle News)– Two inmates of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) have died from a diarrhea outbreak in the penitentiary, the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) said in an advisory Thursday (June 1). The victims were identified as Virgilio Sabado, 62, and Sabas Lastimoso, 67. “There are now 1,212 diarrhea cases in Bilibid. Two deaths as of today,” the advisory said.
