(Eagle News) — Several passengers of the Metro Rail Transit 3 were unloaded on Thursday after a train experienced a technical problem. The Department of Transportation said in a tweet that the passengers had to get off Quezon Ave. at 5:37 a.m. The DOTr said the train that experienced the problem was removed without replacement and a cancellation of loops and insertion were made. The MRT management apologized for the inconvenience.

In a tweet, the MRT 3 said the passengers had to get off at the Santolan Annapolis station on the southbound lane at 9:21 a.m. The train was removed, and was not replaced, the MRT 3 said. (Eagle News) — Over 500 passengers were unloaded from the Metro Rail Transit 3 early Wednesday after it experienced another electrical failure.
